First edition of this work about Descartes' influence on the Swedish queen Christina and her conversion to Catholicism. An exceptional association copy: Curt Weibull was professor of history at Göteborgs högskola and the author of an important monograph about Queen Christina, Drottning Christina (1931). In 1940 Cassirer dedicated his book ”Drottning Christina och Descartes” to Weibull.
